Hey, before you dive into the details below, I want you to know something important:
I'm a real person, and I genuinely care about your success.
I can proudly say that no one has ever requested a refund - and I don't expect you'll experience any dissatisfaction with your choice of investing in my services either.
However, if my services aren't what you expected, or if something doesn't work out for either of us - I will happily give you a refund.
My goal is to help you on your path of building a career or a business, not to keep your payment if you're unhappy or if we are not the right fit.
Here are the guidelines to protect you in the unlikely case that the service does not live up to what I sell.
It is also protects me, in the case I want to use my right to refund you if I don't see that we are the right fit.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
I offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases.
If within this period you haven't received any services or deliverables, you can request a full refund.
1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following apply:
- Your request is made within 14 days of purchase
- No coaching sessions have been completed
- No digital deliverables (resumes, cover letters, etc.) have been provided
- No workshops or courses have been accessed
2. Partial Refund
If you've already received some services or deliverables - such as completed coaching sessions, course access, or digital products - a partial refund will be available based on what's been provided.

Overview for your convenience
For Your Information - what you purchase in any of the packages are a bundle of multiple services that are offered at a great discount compared to the price of each Individual Items selling price seperately, outside of the packages. In case of a Partial-Refund-Request I will evaluate on that basis.

3. Industry Standard Non-Refundable Situations
As is standard across the industry, refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Request made more than 14 days after purchase
- All coaching sessions in your package have been completed
- Final digital deliverables (resume, cover letters, etc.) have been delivered
- Workshop or course has been fully completed
- Services purchased during promotional periods marked as "final sale"
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to my business admin at Team@teklatoppings.com with:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase
- Service or product purchased
- Reason for your request
Please send it to the admin and not directly to me, since they need to process and find your info in the systems first before I can receive the details. You will then receive a response from me within 3-5 business days.
An approved refund is processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. The time for a refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
5. Special Circumstances
For situations such as medical emergencies, technical issues on my end, or duplicate charges - please reach out directly to me and I'll handle it on a case-by-case basis.
6. Chargebacks
Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank, please contact me first at tekla@teklatoppings.com. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension while the claim is reviewed.
7. Policy Updates
My Team may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase, applies to that transaction.
