1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tekla Toppings services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access my services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use my career coaching, mentorship, and related services.

2. Description of Services

I provide career mentorship and coaching services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one career coaching and mentorship sessions
• Resume review, optimization, and creation services
• LinkedIn profile optimization
• Portfolio website creation and guidance
• Interview preparation and coaching
• Career strategy and job search guidance
• Workshops and group training sessions
• Access to career resources and templates

The specific services included in your purchase will be described in your selected plan or package.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you engage with my services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify me immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use another person's account without permission
• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit my services or content without authorization

4. Payment Terms

My services are offered at the prices displayed on my website or as communicated to you directly. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan or service
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize me to charge your payment method for the agreed amount

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Airwallex). I do not store your full payment card details on my servers.

4.1 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with my services. Please refer to my detailed Refund Policy for complete information on eligibility, timeframes, and the refund process.

6. Scheduling and Session Cancellations

For coaching and mentorship sessions:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited or charged
• No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed
• My Cancellations: If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time

7. Intellectual Property

My Content: All content, materials, templates, frameworks, and methodologies provided through my services remain the intellectual property of Tekla Toppings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without my express written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your personal information, resumes, portfolios, and other materials you provide to me. By submitting your content, you grant me a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing my services to you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Guarantee of Employment

While I strive to provide the best career coaching and mentorship, I do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific career outcomes. Success depends on many factors including your skills, experience, market conditions, and personal effort.

8.2 Service Availability

My services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. I do not warrant that my services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tekla Toppings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of my services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tekla Toppings, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of my services.

10. Privacy

Your use of my services is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which describes how I collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using my services, you consent to the practices described in my Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to my services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use my services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international commerce, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of my services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

13. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion. Your continued use of my services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
